Where We Ship

BrightDay currently ships to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO military addresses. International shipping is not yet available.

Rates

  • Orders $50 and over: Free standard shipping.
  • Orders under $50: Flat $5.95 standard shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Carriers may experience delays during peak seasons or due to weather; these are outside our control.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Once your label is created, you'll receive an email with the tracking link. If you can't find your tracking, check your spam folder or email trybrightday@gmail.com.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes mark early), check with neighbors and your mail carrier, then email trybrightday@gmail.com. If a package is damaged in transit, take photos of the box and contents and email us within 7 days of delivery — we'll make it right.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll do our best to help track them down.
